Qualifications:
- Current Illinois OT license required
- Experience in school-based OT preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs, MTSS, evaluations, and re-evaluations
- Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations for special education eligibility
- Participate in middle school teams, delivering targeted MTSS and IEP support
- Consult with educators and teams to foster generalization of OT-supported skills
- Provide direct and consultative OT services within school settings
- Work onsite, 35 hours weekly, starting as soon as possible
