With five openings available, youll play a crucial role in empowering K-12 students near Arlington Heights, Highland Park, and Northbrook, IL. This full-time position (35 hours per week) offers the chance to work onsite, collaborating closely with educators and families to help each child reach their potential.

What Were Looking For:

• Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
• Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload with professionalism and compassion
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across various grade levels
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to implement therapy strategies in the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports
• Adapt interventions to accommodate students with diverse needs and backgrounds
