Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Illinois
  • Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings is highly valued

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students identified with a range of needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and document progress in line with school and district requirements
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to create the best possible outcomes for each student
  • Support IEP development and attend meetings as required for students on your caseload
  • Foster skill building in areas such as fine motor, sensory regulation, and daily living activities to promote student independence
