Qualifications:
- Current and valid Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy or pediatric OT preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and fellow professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in grades K-12
- Assess students functional abilities and develop individualized goals
- Design and implement intervention plans to address sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school standards
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Educate and support school staff and families on best OT practices and accommodations
- Adapt therapeutic strategies to accommodate diverse learners and ensure their educational success
