Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Minnesota OT license (must be provided with application)
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Ability to independently manage school caseloads across multiple sites
- Adaptable, with strong communication skills
- Willingness to cover a maternity leave for the 26/27 school year
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite OT services to high school students
- Collaborate with educators and staff to develop student-specific intervention plans
- Maintain thorough case notes and comply with district and state guidelines
- Communicate progress and recommendations with parents and teachers
