Youll work with a diverse elementary caseload of approximately 30 students, supporting a variety of needs and disabilities to help each child reach their fullest potential. The role offers a manageable schedule of 19 hours per week, allowing for work-life balance while making a positive difference.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist license
- Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
- Ability to manage an elementary caseload and adapt strategies for students with different needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and families

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for elementary students
- Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services onsite
- Collaborating with teachers and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with district policies
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing your expertise for each students success
