Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting high school students as an onsite Occupational Therapist during a maternity leave coverage for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you'll serve a caseload spanning four high schools, providing essential therapy services that promote students' independence and academic participation. Your expertise will help empower students to reach their goals across diverse settings.

What we're seeking:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist license for Minnesota (please attach with your application)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, particularly working with high school-aged students
• Solid knowledge of IEP processes, evaluations, and documentation standards
• Confidence and flexibility in covering a maternity leave assignment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to work independently and manage a multi-site caseload

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering occupational therapy services to high school students across four campuses
• Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress
• Collaborating effectively with special education teams, teachers, and families
• Supporting students in achieving their IEP goals and improving functional skills for classroom success
• Maintaining all necessary state and district documentation for compliance

This contract offers a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Fridayenabling consistent work-life balance throughout the duration of the assignment.
