Job Description

Make a meaningful impact by providing essential occupational therapy services to students in a supportive school environment. We are seeking three contract OTs: two full-time clinicians and one long-term substitute (with flexible start dates, to be determined), serving students for the 2026-2027 academic year. Your expertise will empower learners across a single building, with the opportunity to collaborate with other educational professionals at four different education centers.

In this dynamic position, you'll support a caseload of 20-40 students, predominantly setting 4 kids, dedicating 37.5 hours weekly to help children reach their full potential. This is your chance to thrive in your occupational therapy practicewhile positively influencing young lives.

What you bring:

  • Valid and current Occupational Therapist license for Minnesota
  • Previous pediatric and/or schools-based OT experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively support diverse learners, including those with complex needs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to excellence in documentation, planning, and parent/teacher consults
  • Flexibility to serve long-term or short-term placement, depending on assignment
