An exciting opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to provide support across elementary, middle, and high school settings. This role is based in Ann Arbor, MI, offering both full-time and part-time positions with up to 40 hours per week on a contract basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments to identify students occupational therapy needs
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress
- Providing direct therapy services to students across multiple age groups
- Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school policies
Desired qualifications and skills:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist credential
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy techniques and school-based interventions
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse developmental stages and individual needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within the educational environment
