A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available for an early childhood school setting in Andover, MN. This role is a leave replacement contract-to-hire opportunity, beginning March 9th, 2026, through June 5th, with the possibility of renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to young children, focusing on early childhood developmental needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress and adapt interventions accordingly
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student goals
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and school policies

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
• Strong background in early childhood therapy techniques and interventions
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work full-time hours during the contract period
