A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available for an early childhood school setting in Andover, MN. This role is a leave replacement contract-to-hire opportunity, beginning March 9th, 2026, through June 5th, with the possibility of renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to young children, focusing on early childhood developmental needs
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Assess, monitor, and document student progress and adapt interventions accordingly
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student goals
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and school policies
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
- Strong background in early childhood therapy techniques and interventions
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work full-time hours during the contract period
