Qualifications and Experience:

• Current California Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) required.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation.
• Ability to assess and address students fine motor, sensory, and functional needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families.
• Compassionate approach and commitment to fostering inclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions to students individually and in small groups.
• Work with teachers to create supportive classroom strategies and adaptations.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight on students' needs and progress.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required by guidelines.
• Support students in developing skills for greater independence and academic participation.
