Desired Qualifications:

• Active and current Occupational Therapy license (California)
• Experience providing OT services in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborative, adaptable, and enthusiastic about student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred for OT services
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to support each students goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing clear recommendations and insights
• Promote inclusion and access to school environments for all students
• Provide consultative support to teachers and staff on classroom adaptations and strategies
