Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience in school settings, home health, or pediatric healthcare
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload across different service models
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized intervention plans

Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to students in-person, at home, and via teletherapy as determined by scheduling needs
• Assess students functional performance and develop customized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in accordance with legal and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert clinical input to multidisciplinary teams
• Educate staff and parents on strategies to support student progress and independence
• Adapt strategies and interventions to ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all learners
