Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license
- Previous experience in school settings, home health, or pediatric healthcare
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to manage a flexible caseload across different service models
- Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized intervention plans

Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services to students in-person, at home, and via teletherapy as determined by scheduling needs
- Assess students functional performance and develop customized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in accordance with legal and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert clinical input to multidisciplinary teams
- Educate staff and parents on strategies to support student progress and independence
- Adapt strategies and interventions to ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all learners
