Job Description

Make a real difference in student development as a dedicated occupational therapy professional in a supportive school setting near Anacortes, WA. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population across the district, providing crucial OT services to approximately 60 students each week.

Qualifications:

  • Valid OT license and credentials required for Washington State
  • Current ESA certificate through OSPI
  • Experience delivering occupational therapy to school-aged children preferred
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and collaborate with educational staff
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability are essential

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver districtwide occupational therapy interventions for students with varying needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans to foster student progress
  • Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students learning goals
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing school-based therapy

This role provides a consistent schedule with 35 hours per week, allowing you to plan and perform effective therapy services while maintaining work-life balance.
