A skilled Occupational Therapist is needed for a contract role supporting students in a school-based setting near Allendale, SC. Desired Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina OT license (required)
- Experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare Occupational Therapy settings preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to empowering students with diverse needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services to students per IEP and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Assess students physical, emotional, and developmental needs
- Create and implement individualized intervention plans
- Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation
- Monitor progress and report findings to relevant stakeholders
