Step into a dynamic school-based setting and make a difference as an Occupational Therapist working with elementary, middle, and high school students. This full-time, in-person contract role near Albuquerque, NM offers the opportunity to support students growth in a collaborative educational environment.

In this position, you'll work 37.5 hours per week, managing a caseload of about 30 studentsprimarily at the elementary level. Your expertise will help students achieve greater independence and participate more fully in their school experience. This is a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about using their OT skills to foster student success across multiple school ages.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of New Mexico
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Comfort working with a range of age groups: elementary, middle, and high school
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement creative, individualized therapy interventions
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30 students
• Evaluate students needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Track progress, document sessions, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide in-person support and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
