Step into a dynamic and rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across multiple school sites near Albuquerque, NM. This position offers the chance to provide essential occupational therapy services within a diverse educational setting, working with students ages 3 through 22 who present a variety of disabilities and individualized needs. As coverage is needed for OTs on leave, youll experience a changing caseload and exposure to new environments, making each week engaging and impactful.

Key Qualifications:

• Current OT license required
• Experience or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy
• Ability to adapt to changing school sites and caseloads as OT coverage needs arise
• Comfort working with a range of disabilities and age groups (preschool through young adult)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students at assigned school sites
• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Adapt sessions and goals as students transition or as assignment locations shift
• Maintain compliant documentation and communication with both families and educational staff
• Support continuity of care as OTs on different campuses rotate in and out on leave
