Multiple positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year, welcoming both onsite and remote (VOCO) candidates passionate about making a difference in students lives. Full-time hours will allow you to build impactful relationships and develop creative interventions tailored to a diverse caseload.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued.
- Skillful in designing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Tech proficiency for documentation and virtual consultation (for VOCO candidates).
- Adaptable and committed to fostering student success across grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify fine motor, sensory, and functional needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with educators and parents on student progress and strategies.
- Document services, progress notes, and evaluations according to established guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to planning and student interventions.
- Provide both direct and consultative OT services as needed.
