Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support a K12 student population in a school-based setting. This role offers a balanced caseload and the opportunity to provide meaningful services that support students functional and academic success. Both experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Caseload & Setting

• K12 mixed caseload across assigned school(s)
• Average caseload of 6080 students
• In-person services
• Full-time preferred; part-time candidates may be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
• Serve as a case manager as needed
• Attend IEP and team meetings
• Complete all required documentation and compliance tasks
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Oregon OT license required
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates welcome to apply

• Travel requirements and itinerant support to be determined
