Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license in South Dakota or eligibility for licensure
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Prior experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset with an ability to adapt approaches for each student
• Passion for helping children achieve academic and personal growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students needs
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Document progress, maintain records, and communicate results with educational teams and families
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to modify classroom materials and routines
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional insights
