Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive orientation and mobility assessments tailored to each students abilities and needs
• Develop and implement individualized instructional plans that encourage safe and effective navigation in school, home, and community settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary teamincluding teachers, related service providers, and family membersto support holistic student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and communication with stakeholders
• Provide training and consultation for staff, families, and caregivers as needed
