A school-based position is available for an Orientation and Mobility Specialist to support a K-12 caseload. This part-time role offers flexible hours, allowing the specialist to tailor their schedule to meet student needs effectively. The position requires MI Orientation and Mobility Specialist credentials.

Responsibilities include assessing and providing mobility training to students with visual impairments, developing individualized plans to enhance students orientation skills, collaborating with educators and families, and implementing strategies to promote independence and safety within the school environment.

• Valid Michigan Orientation and Mobility Specialist credentials
