Job Description

A full-time contract position is available for a licensed School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Cambridge, MA. This onsite role within a school setting focuses on providing comprehensive psycho-educational services to support student success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting complete psycho-educational assessments to evaluate students learning and developmental needs
  • Writing detailed evaluation reports and interpreting assessment results
  • Coordinating referrals and determining eligibility for special education services
  • Chairing Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, including initial, annual, and triennial reviews
  • Providing individual and small group counseling to address academic, social, and emotional concerns
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of academic and behavioral support plans

Qualifications and experience:

  • Massachusetts licensure as a School Psychologist is required
  • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments and write clear, concise reports
  • Experience facilitating IEP meetings and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong counseling skills and knowledge of academic and behavioral interventions
