What Were Looking For:

• Active Texas license as an Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS)
• Solid background in delivering both direct and indirect orientation and mobility services
• Precise documentation skills for tracking student progress
• Experience with school-based case management

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide orientation and mobility training and support as scheduled
• Manage individualized caseloads, tailoring services to meet student-specific needs
• Complete and maintain all required documentation, including detailed progress reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams and families
• Offer guidance, assessments, and recommendations for student programming
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
