Orientation and Mobility Specialist Opportunity | Andover, Massachusetts | 32.5 Hours/Week
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Orientation and Mobility (O&M) Specialist for a school-based opportunity in Andover, Massachusetts. This position serves K12 students across a variety of ages and provides the opportunity to support student independence, safety, and access to campus environments.

Position Details
Location: Andover, Massachusetts
Schedule: 32.5 Hours per Week | 8:15 AM 3:15 PM
Setting: School-Based | K12 Students
Responsibilities
Provide orientation and mobility instruction to students across K12 settings
Support students in developing safe and independent travel skills within school environments
Assess student mobility needs and create individualized intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Document progress and maintain appropriate service records
Support accessibility and independence for students with visual impairments
Qualifications
Certification as an Orientation and Mobility Specialist required
Experience working with school-aged populations preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work with students across a wide age range (K12)
