Key Qualifications:

• Active LPN or LVN license in Florida
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or similar setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Reliable, organized, and able to adapt to a dynamic school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer daily and emergency medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide first aid and care for minor injuries or illnesses on site
• Assist students with chronic health conditions and collaborate on individual health plans
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure documentation complies with regulations
• Participate in health screenings, immunization tracking, and health education when necessary
• Communicate health concerns and updates to parents, guardians, and school staff
