Job Description

A full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Washougal, WA, supporting K-12 students within a school setting. This contract position requires onsite work during regular school hours, providing direct nursing care, health education, and support to students in collaboration with school staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care and health assessments for students across K-12
  • Administer medication and treatments following established protocols
  • Develop and implement individualized health plans
  • Monitor and document student health status and progress
