Key Qualifications:

• Active LPN/LVN license required
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Comfortable with seizure monitoring and providing seizure first aid
• Ability to administer seizure rescue medications safely
• Dedicated, reliable, and able to commit to riding the bus to and from school with the student
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with school staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide vigilant, one-on-one nursing care to a student during the school day
• Monitor for seizure activity, deliver immediate first aid, and administer rescue medication as needed
• Document observations, interventions, and medication administration according to school policy
• Communicate clearly with teachers, school personnel, and clinical teams on the students needs and care
• Offer a supportive presence for the student throughout the school day, including while riding the bus
• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with a Clinical Advisory Team
