Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Virginia LPN license
• Experience or comfort with school populations is a plus
• Adaptability for bus riding to and from school with students, as needed
• Skills to manage and treat seizures, diabetes care, g-tube, trach care
• Ability to assist with toileting and diapering as required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate approach

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care and health support for students
• Administer prescribed treatments for chronic conditions, such as seizure disorders or diabetes
• Provide g-tube and trach care based on individual health plans
• Support students with mobility, toileting, or diapering needs
• Escort and monitor students on bus rides when necessary
• Maintain clear documentation and communication with school staff and families
