Position Overview
Bethel School District is seeking 4 Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support students with a variety of medical needs across K-12 settings. These full-time opportunities offer the flexibility to work in either a float position or a dedicated 1:1 assignment while helping students safely access their educational environment.
Assignment Details
Start Date: August 19
End Date: June 4
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
School Assignment: 1 school site
Grade Levels: K-12
Openings: 4
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing services to students during the school day
Support students with G-tube feeding and care
Assist students with diabetic management and monitoring
Support students with seizure disorders and epilepsy-related needs
Monitor and address mild to moderate medical needs
Maintain accurate health records and documentation
Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
Promote a safe and healthy learning environment
Qualifications
Active Washington State LPN License
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Experience with G-tubes, diabetic care, seizure management, and other student health needs is highly desired
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
