Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of California
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or adolescent healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Up-to-date with current nursing best practices and healthcare regulations
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Dependable, compassionate, and adaptable to a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care for students with acute and chronic health needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform routine health screenings and support health promotion activities
• Respond to health emergencies and document health incidents
• Communicate with parents, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidentiality
• Promote a safe, healthy, and inclusive school environment for all students
