Multiple opportunities are available for both Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses within local schoolswhether you see yourself as a Health Room Supervisor, managing clinic operations and staff, or as a direct care nurse handling 1:1 assignments. Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida LPN license or RN ASN
• Full-time availability for the school year
• Pediatric experience is highly valued, but not mandatory
• Comfortable working independently within a dynamic school environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise or deliver comprehensive care in the school health room
• Administer medications per physicians orders and school protocols
• Triage and respond to student health needs or emergencies, providing appropriate first aid
• Manage diligent record-keeping, including immunizations and daily health logs
• Monitor and support students with diabetes
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and staff to promote student health
• Collaborate with a district RN supervisor and foster teamwork among fellow clinic nurses
