Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid LVN or LPN license (State of Michigan required)
- Experience working in pediatric, school, or community settings preferred

- Knowledge of MI Para Specifications or willingness to learn
- Dedication to providing compassionate, student-centered care
- Commitment to upholding privacy and confidentiality standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily and emergency nursing care to students of varying ages
- Administer medications and manage students health plans in collaboration with school staff
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with regulatory protocols
- Offer health education and monitor students well-being
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and families to support individual care needs
- Contribute to the development and updating of individualized care plans
- Potential supervision of paraprofessionals or CNAs as directed
- Participate in onboarding, training, and continued professional growth opportunities
