Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active Pennsylvania LPN license
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Demonstrated professionalism and an attentive, proactive approach
• Skilled in managing G-tubes and responding to seizures
• Comfortable updating individualized care plans
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide daily nursing care for elementary students, focusing on a group with multiple disabilities (6 students in the previous year)
• Manage specialized procedures, including G-tube feedings and seizure response
• Maintain, update, and communicate individualized care plans
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment in close collaboration with teachers and school staff
• Remain engaged and proactive throughout the school day, lending support wherever needed
• Observe, document, and communicate health changes or concerns promptly
