1:1 School Nurse LPN Montrose, PA
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 1:1 school nursing position in Montrose, PA, supporting a medically fragile student for the current school year.
Position Details:
- Location: Montrose, PA
- Position: 1:1 School Nurse LPN
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: MondayFriday
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- School Setting: 1 school
- Student: 15-year-old female
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 nursing care and medical support throughout the school day.
- Support a student who uses a wheelchair and requires a G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator.
- Monitor the student's medical needs and ensure safety throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.
- Assist with transportation support when needed.
Schedule:
- Regular school day: 8:00 AM2:30 PM
- With transportation: Approximately 7:15 AM3:15 PM
- Transportation experience or willingness to assist is a major plus!
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license.
- Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube care preferred.
- Pediatric or medically fragile nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and commitment to student safety.
