Step into a deeply rewarding role supporting a high school student in need of compassionate, expert nursing care. This full-time contract position centers around working one-on-one with a 15-year-old female student who utilizes a wheelchair and requires assistance with a g-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator management. You'll be her primary source of medical care, encouragement, and advocacy throughout the school day.

Schedules run Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, with the opportunity for extended hours (7:15 am to 3:15 pm) if you can provide transportationan appreciated bonus, though not required.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
• Experience with pediatric care, preferably in a school or 1:1 nurse setting
• Proficiency in g-tube feedings, tracheostomy, and ventilator care
• Commitment to student advocacy and safety
• Strong communication skills for interaction with staff, the student, and family
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in dynamic settings
• Previous experience providing transportation for students is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct healthcare to the student throughout the school day
• Monitor and manage medical equipment and emergency situations
• Collaborate with school staff and the students care team
• Accurately document care and communicate health updates as needed
