Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts LPN license required
- Previous healthcare or school-based LPN experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate, attentive care
- Dependable, with strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently with one student
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, direct nursing care to an assigned student during transportation to and from school
- Monitor vitals, administer medications/treatments as needed, and respond to health concerns or emergencies
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations
- Collaborate with school staff and family to ensure comprehensive support for the student
- Ensure all care protocols are followed in accordance with nursing standards and the student's healthcare plan
