Embark on a meaningful nursing assignment in a supportive school environment, working closely with a male student as a dedicated 1:1 LPN or RN. This full-time contract role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide continuous care and guidance throughout the remainder of the academic year, summer, and potentially into the next school year.

Youll be a vital presence for the student, ensuring consistent nursing care both during school hours and transportation. The schedule is approximately 40 hours per week, allowing you to make a significant impact in the students life while gaining invaluable professional experience in a school-based setting.

What Youll Bring:

• Active Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN)
• Compassionate, attentive approach to individualized student care
• Experience or genuine interest in providing 1:1 care to pediatric or school-age individuals
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, parents, and transport teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Commitment for the full duration of the intended assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dedicated 1:1 nursing services as specified in the students care plan
• Monitor the students health and respond appropriately to medical needs during the school day and transportation
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with school personnel and family
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice in an educational environment
