A full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position is available to provide skilled nursing care within a school setting. This role involves delivering comprehensive support to students requiring specialized medical attention, including tracheostomy care and 1:1 nursing assistance. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 nursing support to students with diverse health needs.
- Administer tracheostomy (trach) care with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Support students during transportation on the bus, ensuring medical needs are continuously monitored.
- Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and family members to create a supportive care plan.
- Document nursing interventions and communicate changes in student health status promptly.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Current and valid LVN or LPN license.
