Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN/LVN license for Florida
- School nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage health plans, medications, and basic first aid
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct health care to students and staff, including assessment and treatment of illnesses and minor injuries
- Administer medications and perform health screenings as needed
- Maintain accurate student health records, following confidentiality protocols
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school counselors, and parents
- Support students with special health needs, ensuring their safety throughout the school day
- Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies
- Educate staff and students on health practices and prevention
