Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN or LVN license
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to support a 1:1 caseload, delivering individualized care
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Committed to student safety, confidentiality, and wellbeing

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to a single student throughout the school day
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document the students health status and respond to changes appropriately
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support the students health needs
• Ensure compliance with school policies, healthcare regulations, and best nursing practices
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and contribute to IEP or care planning as needed
