A healthcare-focused opportunity is available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within a K-12 educational setting in Kansas City, MO. This role involves delivering essential nursing care to students and staff, supporting health education, and promoting a safe school environment throughout the contract school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including assessment, treatment, and medication administration as directed.
• Manage student health records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Respond promptly to health emergencies and coordinate with healthcare providers and families as needed.
• Assist with health screenings, immunization tracking, and health promotion initiatives within the school community.
• Collaborate with school staff to develop individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions.
• Participate in health education activities and support student wellness programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license in Missouri.
• Prior experience working in school health settings or pediatric care preferred.
