Job Description

This position calls for skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support K-12 students in a school setting within the Coachella Valley area, including Thermal, CA. These long-term substitution roles involve working multiple weeks with the benefit of sub pool support, ensuring a stable and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing care for students with G-tubes and tracheostomies
• Administering medications as prescribed
• Assisting with student transfers and mobility
• Performing toileting and diapering as needed
• Supporting various student needs across multiple school sites, with flexibility to work at different locations as assignments require

Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications:

• Active LPN license and CPR certification
• Experience in California school settings preferred
• Ability to manage specialized care tasks such as feeding tubes and tracheostomies
• Comfortable working across multiple school sites
• Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Work schedule consists of standard 8-hour days, 40-hour work weeks, supporting consistent and reliable care services throughout the contract duration.
