Key Qualifications:

• Current PA LPN license required
• Experience supporting young adults or adolescents, ideally in a school or pediatric setting
• Familiarity with managing feeding tubes and seizure protocols
• Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with educators, family, and clinical staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 medical care and supervision for an 18-year-old student
• Monitor for signs of seizures and respond in accordance with established care plans
• Safely administer medications as prescribed and oversee feeding tube use
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily care and clinical interventions
• Support and encourage the students participation in classroom activities
• Communicate regularly with school personnel and the students family
• Ensure a healthy, safe, and inclusive environment within the school community
