A leading elementary school in Elk Grove, CA, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one nursing care for a student. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and is ideal for nurses experienced in school health settings looking to make a meaningful impact within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care and support to a student requiring one-on-one assistance during school hours
  • Monitor and record the students health status and communicate changes promptly to school personnel and healthcare providers
