A licensed practical nurse (LPN) position is available at an elementary school located in Davis, CA. This contract role spans the current school year (CSY) and involves providing essential nursing care within a school setting, supporting the health and well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Conduct routine health screenings and student assessments
• Manage and document health records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide first aid and emergency care as needed
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop individual health plans for students with chronic conditions
• Promote a safe and healthy environment within the school community

Desired Experience:

• Valid LPN licensure
