Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Illinois
• Strong fundamental nursing skills and familiarity with basic medical procedures
• Experience in schools or pediatrics preferred but not required
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate records
• Collaborative spirit and positive attitude toward supporting students and staff
• Proficiency in communication and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic first aid and respond to minor illnesses and injuries among students
• Assist with daily student health needs under the direction of the school RN
• Administer medications in accordance with scope of practice, protocols, and parental consent
• Maintain and update student health records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support compliance efforts for immunizations and other health requirements
• Ensure completion of required documentation and support daily health office operations
