Daily Hours: 6:00 AM approx. 4:30 PM (about 10.5 hours/day)
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 support for students ages K21 with medically fragile needs. This role includes daily medical assistance and transportation support.
Provide 1:1 medical care to students with complex needs
(including seizure care, diabetic support, g-tube care, medication administration, mobility assistance, etc.)
Support the student during AM and PM bus rides
Monitor and respond to health needs throughout the school day
Maintain accurate health documentation
Work independently with no onsite nursing supervision
Active Tennessee LPN license
Comfortable working with medically fragile students
Strong assessment and communication skills
Reliability and ability to work consistent per-diem shifts
Consistent hours with a per-diem schedule
Meaningful 1:1 work supporting student success
