Make a meaningful impact by supporting an extraordinary student as a dedicated LPN or RN in a dynamic educational environment. This rewarding contract position focuses on delivering comprehensive, 1:1 nursing care for an 18-year-old male attending a specialized program. The assignment is planned to extend through the remainder of the 25/26 school year, with expected continuation into the following academic year and over the summeroffering long-term stability and a chance to build rapport with your student.

Your daily routine will include meeting the student at his home, assisting him onto his transportation, accompanying him throughout the school day, and ensuring continuity of care until he returns home. Summer hours run from early July to early August and coincide with the schools academic calendar through the year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN)
• Prior experience in a school setting or working 1:1 with students preferred
• Confident providing care for medically complex students, including pulmonary support such as nebulizing, chest PT with a vest, cough assist, and oral suctioning
• Skilled in safe total-body transfers and range-of-motion exercises; familiarity with ceiling lifts, TLSO (torso brace), and AFOs (ankle braces)
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach
• Comfortable supporting a student with diagnoses including spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy and related conditions
