Key Qualifications:

• Active and current Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Previous experience providing healthcare in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Proficient in communication and able to build rapport with students, staff, and parents
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable providing care to students across all grade levels (K-12)
• Completion of any required pre-screening prior to interviews

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, professional nursing care to students with a range of medical needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician instructions and school protocols
• Respond promptly to emergencies or injuries and provide appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with school staff to promote student health, safety, and well-being
• Educate students, staff, and families on health-related topics as needed
