Key Responsibilities
- Administer tube feedings and perform catheterizations safely and effectively
- Monitor students health, documenting any changes and providing timely interventions
- Collaborate and communicate proactively with school staff and caregivers to ensure continuity and safety
- Maintain clear, accurate nursing documentation and deliver patient-centered care
Desired Qualifications
- Active New Jersey LPN license is required
- Previous experience with tube feeding and catheterization is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to nursing care
