Hillsborough County Public Schools is seeking qualified nurses for school-based assignments during the 20262027 school year. This role supports student wellness through clinic coverage and individualized nursing care services.
Responsibilities Include
Support daily student health needs
Manage medications and treatment plans
Provide emergency medical response when necessary
Collaborate with faculty and families
Travel between campuses when needed for district coverage
Assignment Highlights
36.5 hours weekly
20262027 school year contract
Campus schedules vary
Early release Mondays
Onsite role
Florida LPN or RN license required
RN applicants must hold BSN degrees
CPR certification required
2+ years nursing experience required
Additional fingerprinting process required
